Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, and local deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Customized orders may need a little extra preparation time, so if you need your tabarruk sets for a specific date, such as your return from Hajj or Umrah, please order early. Return requests can be made within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Customized, personalized and made-to-order sets, as well as sale items, are not returnable. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
